Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and a current drivers licence.
The Role
We are looking for experienced and reliable trade qualified people with a background and skills in engineering. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• A positive attitude.
• Adaptability and the skills to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven fitter turner and/or fitter welder experience in both workshop and/or onsite applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team and to take instruction from others.
• Reliability, punctuality and able to work to deadlines.
• A willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
• The ability to work unsupervised both on and off-site and carry out overtime when required.
